DESCRIPTION

Pain, swelling or lumps in your testicle or groin area may be a sign or symptom of testicular cancer or other medical condition requiring treatment.

Symptoms –

Lump or enlargement in either testicle

Feeling of heaviness in scrotum

Pain in abdomen or groin

Sudden collection of fluid in scrotum

Enlargement of breast

Back pain

Risk factors

An undescended testicle

Abnormal testicle development

Family history

Affects teens and younger men commonly

Diagnosis and test –

Ultrasound

Blood test

Computerized tomography scan

Treatment –

Surgery

Radiation therapy

Chemotherapy
